申请资格 / Application Conditions
1. 国籍要求：持有外国普通护照的非中国籍公民，且符合教育部教外函〔2020〕12号文件的相关规定。
Nationality: Non-Chinese citizens holding a valid ordinary foreign passport, and complying with the relevant provisions of Document No. 12 (2020) issued by the Ministry of Education.
注：若申请人在申请、录取及入学后被中国公安机关出入境管理部门认定为具有中国国籍，其申请资格、录取资格、入学资格或学籍将被取消。
Note: If an applicant is identified as a Chinese national by the exit-entry administration authority of public security during application, admission, or enrollment, their application, admission, enrollment qualification, or student status shall be revoked.
2. 年龄要求：本科申请者年龄须在18周岁至25周岁之间。申请时若尚未毕业，需提供预毕业证明，并确保最迟在入学前取得高正毕业证书。
Age: Undergraduate applicants must be aged between 18 and 25. If not yet graduated at the time of application, a pre-graduation certificate is required, and the final high school graduation certificate must be obtained no later than enrollment.
3. 综合要求：身心健康，品行优良，自愿遵守中国政府的法律法规及学校的规章制度，并尊重中国人民的风俗习惯，对华友好，且无违法犯罪记录。
General Requirements: Good physical and mental health, good moral conduct, voluntary compliance with Chinese laws and regulations as well as university rules, respect for Chinese customs and traditions, friendly attitude toward China, and no criminal record.
4. 语言水平要求 Language Proficiency:：
中文授课专业：汉语水平需达到HSK4级210分及以上。
Chinese-taught program: HSK Level 4 with a score of 210 or above.
英文授课专业：英语水平评估将以面试情况为准。可提供TOEFL或IELTS成绩证明或其他英语水平成绩证明（母语为英语者无需提供）。
English-taught program: English proficiency will be assessed by interview. TOEFL, IELTS, or other English proficiency certificates are acceptable (not required for native English speakers).
5. 来华留学本科入学学业水平测试（CSCA）成绩单要求：
China Scholastic Competency Assessment (CSCA) transcript:
自2026/2027学年起，申请我校本科专业的国际学生必须提交有效的CSCA成绩单。国家留学基金委将于每年1月、3月、4月、6月和12月提供测试服务，具体时间及安排将通过官方网站（www.csca.cn）查询。
Starting from the 2026/2027 academic year, all international applicants for undergraduate programs must submit a valid CSCA transcript. The China Scholarship Council (CSC) holds tests in January, March, April, June, and December annually. For specific dates and arrangements, please visit the official website: www.csca.cn.

申请材料 / Application Documents
请申请人务必登录申请系统https://international.hznu.edu.cn，按照要求填写申请信息，并完整上传以下材料：
Applicants must log in to the application system at https://international.hznu.edu.cn, complete the application form, and upload all required documents as follows:
1. 有效护照页。护照有效期须至2027年3月1日或之后，如不符合此要求，请提前更换护照。入学报到前，护照信息不得更改。
Valid passport information page. Passport must be valid until March 1, 2027 or later; renew in advance if invalid. Passport details must remain unchanged before registration.
2. 六个月内的无犯罪证明。
Non-criminal record certificate issued within the past six months.
3. 《禁毒承诺书》。承诺书的PDF版须由本人清晰、完整填写并手写签名。
Anti-Drug Commitment Letter (PDF), clearly and fully completed with handwritten signature.
4. 外国人体格检查表（需附带胸片及血液报告单）。入学后，须前往出入境检验检疫部门指定的卫生保健中心办理新的体检手续。
Foreigner Physical Examination Form (with chest X-ray and blood test reports). A new medical check-up is required at a designated health center after enrollment.

6. 高中毕业证书。应届毕业生需提交本人就读学校出具的预计毕业证明，入学前须补交学历证明原件或公证件。
High school graduation certificate. Current seniors must submit a pre-graduation certificate and provide the original or notarized copy of the graduation certificate before enrollment.
7. 高中阶段全部课程成绩单。应届毕业生提交当前阶段的成绩单，入学前须补交完整的成绩单。
Complete high school academic transcripts. Current seniors submit transcripts up to the present and provide the full official transcript before enrollment.
8. 来华留学本科入学学业水平测试（CSCA）成绩单。
China Scholastic Competency Assessment (CSCA) transcript.
9. 自我介绍视频（时长不超过2分钟）。
Self-introduction video (max. 2 minutes).
10. 个人陈述。字数约为800字，内容须涵盖个人学习经历、申请理由及个人优势等方面。
Personal statement (≈800 words), covering academic background, reasons for application, personal strengths, etc.
11. 一封推荐信。须由高中老师撰写，须由推荐人签字，并提供联系电话及电子邮件地址。
One recommendation letter from a high school teacher, signed by the referee with contact phone number and email address.
注Notes：
1. 上述申请材料须使用汉语或英语撰写，若为其他语种，则需同时提交经公证的翻译件。请务必确认所有必备材料已按照要求完整上传，一旦确认提交，原则上不再接受任何补充材料。学校保留要求申请人补充相关证明材料的权利。
All documents must be in Chinese or English; documents in other languages require a notarized translation. Ensure all required documents are fully uploaded as instructed. Submitted applications are generally final; no supplementary materials will be accepted. The university reserves the right to request additional supporting documents.
2. 所有申请材料的审核与处理均通过申请系统进行。请勿通过邮寄纸质版或电子邮件方式提交申请材料。凡以纸质形式或电子邮件发送的申请材料，概不予以审核处理。
All document reviews are processed via the application system only. Do NOT send hard copies or emails; such submissions will NOT be reviewed.
学校将对申请人提交的材料进行初步审核，审核合格者将进入阿里巴巴商学院的考核环节。将综合评估学生的以下因素：高中阶段成绩、语言水平、来华留学本科入学学业水平测试（CSCA）成绩及视频面试表现，择优录取，并分批次确定预录取名单。
Preliminary screening will be conducted; qualified applicants will proceed to the assessment by Alibaba Business School. Admission will be based on comprehensive evaluation of high school transcripts, language proficiency, CSCA score, and video interview performance. Pre-admission lists will be released in batches.
1. 预录取学生须在收到预录取通知后一周内完成申请费的缴纳，逾期未缴者将被取消预录取资格。成功缴费的学生将被正式录取。
Pre-admitted students must pay the application fee within one week after receiving the pre-admission notice; failure to pay on time will result in cancellation of pre-admission. Successful payment confirms formal admission.
2. 预计在2026年6月末，正式录取的学生可在申请系统中下载电子版《录取通知书》。《外国留学人员来华确认表》的下载链接将发送至学生预留的永久电子邮箱，请学生自行前往指定网站下载。学校不再提供纸质版的《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华确认表》。
By the end of June 2026, formally admitted students may download the electronic Admission Notice from the application system. The download link for the Visa Application Form for Study in China (JW201/JW202) will be sent to the permanent email address on file. No paper versions will be issued.
3. 学校将通过国际教育学院网站、申请系统以及电子邮件等多种渠道发布招生及面试等相关信息。请申请人务必及时登录相关网站、申请系统和邮箱进行查询。若因申请人个人疏忽等原因导致的一切后果，将由申请人本人自行承担。
Admission and interview updates will be published via the International Education College website, application system, and email. Applicants must check regularly. Any consequences caused by personal negligence shall be borne by the applicant.
奖学金 / Scholarship
杭州师范大学及阿里巴巴商学院为优秀来华留学生提供奖学金，分为新生奖学金和年度奖学金。
新生奖学金授予优秀的申请者，用于第一学年的全额或半额学费，如获得将在录取通知书中注明。
年度奖学金授予每学年在校表现优秀的学生，所有学生每年均可申请。
Hangzhou Normal University and Alibaba Business School provide scholarship for excellent international students, including Freshman Scholarship and Annual Scholarship.
The Freshman Scholarship will be awarded to excellent applicants to cover the full or half tuition fee for the first year and will be indicated in the admission letter.
The Annual Scholarship will be awarded to students with good performance, all students can apply for it once a year.
相关费用（人民币） / Related Expenses (RMB)
1. 学费：25000元/学年

本科生学制一般为4年。每学年分春、秋两个学期，第一学期一般从9月上起至次年1月中止；第二学期一般从2月中起至6月底止。7-8月为暑假，1-2月有4周为寒假，其中包括中国春节假日。
The length of schooling for undergraduate students is usually 4 years. Each academic year is divided into spring semester and autumn semester. Autumn semester is from early September to mid-January, there are four weeks for winter vacation through January to February, including Chinese Spring Festival. Spring semester starts from mid-February to late June. July and August are summer vacation.
2.住宿费： 7,000-14,000元/学年（单人间）；
Accommodation expense: 7,000-14,000yuan/academic year (single room)；
学校为外国留学生提供了独立的单人间公寓，公寓配备公共的洗衣房和开放式的厨房餐厅。
School provides living apartments for international students, equipped with public laundry and kitchen.
3. 保险费：800元/学年
Insurance expense (800 yuan/academic year)
根据中国教育部规定，来华外国留学生在中国境内学习期间需参加综合保险（包括意外伤害医疗保险，住院医疗保险，残疾保险和身故保险等）。
According to the provisions of the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China, during the study in the region of China, international students must hold a comprehensive insurance (including accident medical insurance, hospitalization insurance, disability insurance, accidental death insurance, etc.).
4. 报名费：400元（仅录取学生需缴费）
