钱建伟,男,1982年出生,中共党员,硕士生导师,阿里巴巴商学院数字文化旅游系教授,香港理工大学博士(Ph.D),中国旅游研究院、浙江大学、美国俄克拉荷马州立大学访问学者,美国酒店教育协会认证酒店业培训师。
主要研究方向为旅游新媒体营销、酒店数字化运营、服务经济等。近年来主持省部级课题1项,厅局级课题5项,主编教材1部,发表SCI、SSCI论文12篇,人大转载1篇,核心期刊论文3篇。
